Bigbosjudi Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions of use for the bigbosjudi platform, which are binding on all users who register for and use our services. Please read it carefully before creating an account or using any part of this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the bigbosjudi platform through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the bigbosjudi platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms. bigbosjudi reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
This platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction of residence.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the bigbosjudi platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any compensation. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
Bigbosjudi reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting verification documents such as a national ID or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended pending further verification.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential, including their username and password. You are not permitted to share your login details with any other party. bigbosjudi will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

Prohibited Conduct
- Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
- Committing fraud, including the use of credit cards or payment methods that do not belong to you.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to exploit any technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bigbosjudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including bank transfer via FPX, TNG eWallet, and other methods listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the Finance section of the platform.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, provided the user has completed the required identity verification process. bigbosjudi reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review purposes, particularly for high-value transactions or those showing signs of unusual activity.
Payment Information Accuracy
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bank account or digital wallet details registered for withdrawal purposes. The name on the bigbosjudi account profile must match the name of the bank account holder. bigbosjudi is not liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Refunds
Once a deposit has been successfully credited to a bigbosjudi account and used in gameplay, no refund will be considered except where a verifiable technical error on the platform's part can be demonstrated. All refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the transaction date.
4. Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Closure
Platform Liability Limitations
Bigbosjudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses suffered by users, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities, even if bigbosjudi has been advised of the possibility of such losses. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
The bigbosjudi platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from viruses. Technical disruptions beyond our control cannot be used as grounds for any compensation claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Bigbosjudi reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any of these terms, or is involved in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, any balance in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been met and there are no unresolved transaction disputes.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the bigbosjudi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations, is the property of bigbosjudi or its content providers and is protected by applicable Malaysian and international copyright laws.
Users may not copy, redistribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this platform without prior written consent from bigbosjudi.
Third-Party Links
The bigbosjudi platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for user convenience only. bigbosjudi does not control the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Bigbosjudi reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates or changes on our platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
